Import Option/ Opção de Importar

Hello, I saw some similar topics but none with adequate answers. I would like to know how to enable the option to import songs directly from the Android phone without the use of a Desktop, as my friends do. In their settings there appears an "Import" (IOS or ANDROID), an option that is absent in my settings.
