Infinite "loading" cycle

When i open to app there's an infinite cycle of the home screen and the spotify logo loading screen, it never stops and if i try to click anything while it is showing the home screen it causes the app to crash without any warning from the device

I found out that i needed to reset my password, i rarely look through my
mail inbox so i didn't see the email. It would have been helpful to get a
similar warning or message about it when opening the application, the way
it was behaving really made it seem like a problem with the app itself.

We know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked.

 

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

 

If you're still having trouble, could you let us know the exact version of Spotify?

Hello Daisy!

 

Since yesterday evening, each time I open the Spotify App, it restarts the downloading of all my already dowloaded playlists, thus taking all the free space left on my iphone! How to stop this crayness??? I've already removed many apps because of that and now I reached the limit! PLEASE help me!

 

The other problem: although I have a Premium, I can't listen to my music without an internet connection! I have no payments problem. So what's going on???

Thank you for your answer.

It is not necessary anymore. I finally deleted the Spotify App from my iphone and reinstalled it. It works normally now.
