It doesnt work on my phone :( Yes. i have premium!

I upgraded from unlimited spotify to premium spotify about 15 minutes ago as i wanted to stream music from my phone. However, as i log into my account on my phone, it says that streaming is only avaliable to premium users. But how can that be? I allready have a premium subscription, i have the receipt in my mailbox! Am i doing something wrong?

I think i figured it out... I believe i managed to buy premium subscription to a brand new account rather as to upgrading my old one! So now i basically have one unlimited account and one premium account. Very frustrating and embarrasing... Is it possible to merge these two accounts?
