Just got Spotify premium and it won't stream songs on my phome!!!

I click on the song I want to play and it says only premium members can stream song blah blah...well I am a premium member so what the hell,

Yes it says active premium account, yes I have signed out and back in and yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it will let me download play lists and all that, and can play them after I downloaded them but only after I download them, I can't stream on demand....galaxy nexus on jellybean (not rooted)

turned WiFi and data off then turned back on and works fine now. yay....thanks
