Listening on an unrequested device

I'm listening on my android device an suddenly my music stops. When I check my phone I see a message saying "listening on Hannah's device" (see attached)
I don't know any Hannah. I don't have another device. I'm the only one using my user.
Please help me avoid this.

Hi there!

It sounds like your account has been compromised. I'd strongly recommend you to change your passwords and then click the 'Sign Out Everywhere' button in your account settings. I'd also advise you to check your devices for virusses.
