Local data not available on my phone

There are some songs or even albums that are not available on Spotify, if you live in Germany. "Reckless & Relentless" by Asking Alexandria is one of these albums. But I can import my PC's local data into Spotify and listen to those songs on my PC. That's great. The problem is that this doesn't work for my phone. Is there any possibility to import it into my phone's Spotify playlist?

You need to sync that playlist from your pc to.your phone. The spotify app crazily cannot find mp3s that are stored locally on your phone any more but if you sync them over using the desktop app while both devices are on the same network you should be able to play them ... although then only in spotify
