Locally Downloaded Songs become unavailable after period of time

Hi Community,

So when I download local songs from my PC to Phone via offline downloads on the same network, after a period of time(usually about a week), the songs will become unavailable and I have to redownload them to my phone each time, does anyone know how I can fix this or why this is happening? Thanks!
