Logging in on my phone shows no songs, and it keeps giving a Facebook pop-up

Hey guys,

I recently bought a brand new OnePlus One, and when I log into my Spotify account, I first get a pop-up asking who on Facebook may see the posts Spotify wants to make. I dismiss it, go to settings and turn off the Facebook connection. The pop-up will still come around every 5 seconds or so.

That's not even the biggest problem. I log into my account, and I see none of my saved playlists, albums, songs, etcetera. Basically my everything is gone. When I check my PC, everything is fine. All the songs are there, everything is intact.

I have tried reinstalling, that didn't seem to have an effect. I tried logging in while I was logged out on my PC, I tried logging in while I was logged IN on my PC. Nothing works. I really want it to work, I have to travel two hours to and from work every day, I can't do that without my music..

Thanks in advance!

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
