Hello, 

I have a samsung s7 and just this morning my spotify app says i went offline and i tried to load my computer spotfy and get the same thing. I went and tried restarting my app and nothing. Then i redownloaded the app and it wouldnt logg me in. Well wait now it seems everything is working. Why did this happen? Anything to prevent it happening again?

Hey kcolnar11, sorry that you had that experience. I'm glad Spotify is working again! Unfortunately, without more information, it's hard to diagnose the source of the issue. Do you remember having issues with visiting any other websites or services while Spotify was failing to connect? My theory is that your Internet connection may have been having an issue if both devices were connected to the same network in your home. Do you think this might have been the problem, or were the devices connected to different networks?
