Losing album tracks online and offline

I am having a reoccuring issue where any albums I save and download I find tracks are missing after a period of time and i have to download again (if I am lucky to have a full lbum visible.  I am now even finding when I save albums (not downloading) the full album wont save.  If I look on my MAC application everything looks ok and I am forced to delete all cached data on the Android device and start again (I have even reinstalled the app).  This is becoming a regular issue - Am I the only person suffering with this issue? I have to admit I am considering leaving spotify because of this as its hugely frustrating.
