Loss of downloaded Albums

Ola all,

So I am a Premium user but every now and then the app on my LG G4 keeps wiping out anything I have downloaded so they are not available off-line. The space is still taken up on the phone’s memory, I just have to go through the effort to redownload everything once I get a WiFi signal.

Can anyone advise me how to stop this as it is starting to get quite annoying?

I have been having the same problem for weeks now. And we are not the only ones as you can see on this forum.
There were several "sollutions" offered but not one that works sofar.
