Loss of previously synced albums

Hi,

Yesterday, almost all the albums I saved and synced to listen to them offline were not synced anymore. It didn't happen with the playlists I synced, but only with the albums.

It is quite annoying, because syncing albums is my way to identify the ones I haven't listen to yet from the one I saved but already listened.

Is there a way to recover theses albums I synced ?

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. We'd like to help. 

Just to confirm, do you have any cache clearing apps? Also, let us know the Android and Spotify version you're using.

In the meantime, we'd recommend following these steps: 

1. Log in to your account page and click Offline devices in the menu on the left. 
2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES. This will remove all downloaded music from the device.
3. Reinstall the app. Here's how. 
4. Save your offline Albums again.
