Does the issue only appear on your mobile device or across multiple different ones?

Make sure nobody else is using your account when you're playing music. This can be verified by checking the playback device via the Connect function 🙂

In case only are in charge of your account but the issue keeps appearing, I'd first suggest clearing the app's cached data to see if that would make a difference.

Taking things a step further, you can also go for a complete clean reinstall of the app as shown here.

Does this happen both on Wi-Fi and on mobile data? Does it happen on different Wi-Fi networks? Test this if you haven't already. Also, if you use a VPN, disable it as it can often interfere with the app's functionality.
