Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out! We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

It's possible that you've created a second account by accident when you subscribed to Premium. Try logging in with all email addresses you might have used to signed up, as well as with Apple, Google and Facebook. You can also reset your password by following the steps here.

 

If you're still having issues locating the Premium account, we'd recommend getting in touch with the folks over at Customer Support, who'll be able to help out further.
