My Question or Issue

Spotify continues to indicate that there is no connection while re-installation works so that I can download lists. And then again the same error. Re-installation, restart, re-installation after a few days. Does not work. In the browser, Spotify even works on my phone. And no the app is not in offline mode. Did all the prescribed steps except the letting someone else login on.

Its solved. In the settings the acces to data and WiFi was disabled for this specific app.

You can close the ticket
