Mis canciones se eliminan cuando salgo de la aplicacion

Cada vez que cierro la aplicacion y la vuelvo a abrir, me aparece como si nunca se hubiran descargado las canciones y se vuelven a descargar cuando ya lo habia hecho hace unos mmomentos

Esto es muy molesto...

¿Hay alguien que me pueda ayudar porfavor?

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. It sounds like something might've happened with your cached data. Issues can occur if using power-saving or cache-clearing apps. For this, we suggest that you remove your device from offline devices here, and then reinstall the app for a fresh start. Keep in mind that you have to re-download your music for offline listening once again, so make sure you're on a stable WiFi network. Switch networks to a different one if possible.

If that doesn't work, we need some more info:

• Does this happen to all your downloaded music, or only recently added ones?
• A screenshot on before and after app restart, showing where it's downloading the music again, would be helpful. Make sure to include the whole app's interface for a clearer picture.
