Music cuts in and out

Music cuts in and out

Recently, I've been having a major problem with my Spotify. I use an LG V10 and Bluetooth Skull Candy headphones, and I'm on the Spotify Family Premium. The music, whether I'm listening offline, online, with other tabs open, or not, my music cuts in and out constantly. It is not an internet problem, that is a definite, although it seems like it's buffering. Every few seconds there will be a break in the music, and after a varying amount of time, the music will resume at the place it stopped.

Can you let us know what Spotify version you're using? Also, did this start happening after a recent update? 

 

In the meantime, we'd recommend reinstalling the app. Here's how

 

If that doesn't work, please try using a friend's account on Bluetooth and let us know if the same thing happens.
