Music deleted

While traveling abroad all my saved music deleted itself leaving me without music for several days, anything I can do?

Happened to me today.  All my downloaded playlists suddenyl gone.  Turned off and restarted phone - nothing.

So no music for the rest of the week.

This happens regulalry - both entire sets of music and individual tracks.

What can we do?  - Move to another music service with:

• a professionally developed app,
• professional help forum (not these amateurs who can only offer "please delete and resinstall the app" (and thus redownload all offline music too, at your own expense and time),
• professional service who understand the meaning of customer and premium
