Every time I restart my phone, all my downloaded songs disappear on my SD card


I have to sync them again.

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here!

Considering the downloads are disappearing from your SD Card, maybe you should check if it is compromised (dislodged, corrupted, etc.) and fix it, if necessary. In the meanwhile, I recommend that you try to perform a clean reinstallation of the app on your device.  Here is the step-by-step.

Thanks , for the answer . I already do this before and it doesn't work.

And mys card is okay.

Another solution?

Just to confirm, are you sure you've performed the clean reinstallation? It is different than the quick reinstallation... I'm searching for other possibilities as well.

I think the problem is fixed. I restarted my phone and songs are still there. We gonna see in few days . Thank you very much for the help

Tried again today , turn my phone off .

All my songs are still there.

So finally the issue came back. All my music are deleted on my phone when I turn it on off .
