I have a Samsung Galaxy A3 and the latest version of Spotify. Ever since a couple weeks Spotify closes itself after 1,5 song which is to say the least frustrating.
I have done a clean reinstall, emptied cache, gone in offline mode and back and am still having this issue! Please come with a solution, as now I am wasting money on something I cannot even use.

I tried turning off the battery saving mode, both for the app and in general. Still nothing.
Any other options available? I'm really thinking about resetting my phon to factory settings, I need my music.
Are you using a third party battery saver? If so, that could be closing spotify when it is in the background.
