Music stops playing after other sound is played

My Question or Issue

Music stops playing after another sound is played on my phone. After the song just played ends, the music stops and cannot be turned on again. In the notification bar it looks like the music would be playing, in the app the music control bar disappears, but the pausing symbol and the green dots stay at the playlist.

The only two ways to fix it for now is to turn on another playlist or to close the app completely and restart it.

Steps for reproduction

1. listen to music from a playlist

2. Get a call/ have an alarm ringing/ listen to a voice message/ ...
