Music volume gets softer and louder during songs.

When I'm listenning to music, the volume gets softer and then louder randomly. At first I thought it was just the ebb and flow of the music, but it's become more noticable. It's also not a hardware issue as this happens when I use headphones or bluetooth speakers. I have already tried turning off music normalization but the issue still occurs.

I have a Samsung s6 active and am on spotify version 6.1.0.1088.

Could it be because you are recieving notifications? Or maybe there is an inbuilt eq that's doing this, in the version of android you are using.
