 My Samsung Galaxy S7 on a premium trial account downloads files to the device

storage only

The SDoption seems to be greyed out and doesn't respond to clicking but is registering the click. Is this a phone problem, an Android problem, a premium trial problem or something else?

Thanks for letting us know about this!  

Have you previously been able to download your music for offline listening on SD card?

You can try:

1. Doing a clean reinstall.
2. Enable permission for storage option for Spotify. This can be accessed by going to Settings>Apps>Spotify>Permissions>Storage.
