My Spotify keeps on saying that I'm offline even when I am definatley not

For the last 3 months when I was out of Wi-Fi range my Spotify would say that I am offline and will not download music when I am outside of my house it would be difficult and it will not download my music is there any way out of this I tried restarting my phone I tried signing out and in on my Spotify is there another way where I can reset my Spotify

Hello 🙂 Try this. Open Spotify on your phone, then click the settings icon in the upper right hand corner. There's an option to toggle 'Download Using Cellular' on or off. Switch it on and that should fix your problem. Hope it fixes your problem. Have a nice day 🙂
