My Question or Issue
Hello everyone, this is the first time I'm approaching the largest community on spotify after getting no resolution from Spotify support staff on twitter.
Firstly they tried to clear cache from their side by taking last four digits of cc but it didn't work even after re-installing it perfectly. I use avast cleanup premium which automatically cleans up cache files & other junk files from each app of my phone. I have collection of 64 songs and I download it every morning but in the night when time reacher 00:00 It tells me to re-download and tell its has corrupted. please help

Do you use an SD card?
Could you check if Spotify is set as an exception for any cache clearing and battery optimization apps on your device?
