My downloads disappear

Hy,

Now it's the 6th time in the last month, that all the albums that I've downloaded are no longer downloaded. It's very enjoying to search my whole library to separate the album's that i've downloaded and those I don't. 

My playlist doesn't delete himself only the albums.

I've had this exact same problem! Invariably albums will stay downloaded for a day at most, and then all of them will disappear from my device.

Playlists are completely unaffected though.

Spotify had send me an email aubout this:

They said, i've got to reset my offlinedevices (https://www.spotify.com/account/offline-devices/) and have to reinstall Spotify as discribed in this guide: https://support.spotify.com/de/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/ .
