My free 30 days trial expired after 2 days after my 2 day phone trial expired.

My free 30 days trial expired after 2 days after my 2 day phone trial expired.

My free 30 days trial expired after 2 days after my 2 day phone trial expired. I did not know what to do after that so i just sign up with my credit card once more and am now affraid im will be billed two times a mounth, I have recived two receipts.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. They will be able to see easily your account information and if you are being billed twice. It is possible you have accidentally set up two accounts, which they should be able to sort out for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
