Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

I assume you're managing a Premium Duo (or Premium Family) plan and you need to know if you can remove and invite again your member account(s). Yes, this could be done easily, just read on how here. The playlists of any member account should not get affected by this process (only downloads need to be done again). However, if your partner has login issues, then this article here might be of better use.
