My premium account stopped working

My premium account stopped working

Hi,

I'm a spotify premium member for over two years now. My last monthly payment was 25 June 2017. Yesterday, when i wanted to use my spotify my account wasn't premium anymore. Why? My last payment was 25th June 2017?

Now spotify says i have to buy a new premium account, but i never said i didn't want my premium account anymore?

Hey @Oona1 and welcome to the Spotify community!

 

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is Premium.

I've had this happen to me as well. Renewed my premium for a year on April and yesterday it disappeared, says I'm a free user now.
I have no other account.
