NÃO VERIFICARAM A MINHA CONTA NO PLANO FAMILIAR

Gente, vocês sabem com quem eu reclamo por não ter a minha conta verificada no plano familiar? 

 

Estou tentando entrar no plano familiar aqui de casa e toda hora eles falam que eu não estou no mesmo endereço do pessoal aqui de casa.

In this case, make sure to follow these steps, so you can join the Premium for Family Plan. 

 

If that doesn't work, can you send us a screenshot of the error message you're getting? We'll see what we can suggest.

The same thing happened to me. My dad bought the Family Plan. Me, my brother, my sister and my mother used it for some time, and now we receveid a message saying that our account could not be verified. What should I do?
