Need help logging into my Galaxy 7 cell phone

Need help logging into my Galaxy 7 cell phone

Just signed up for the family plan online and it will not let me sign into my account on my cell phone.It tells I don't have a account.But when I go sign  onto my laptop there's no issue with the matter.


I just signed up and I am having problems out of the gate and to be honest with you I fill like canceling the family plan.


The lack of no service VIA phone or VIA text message is total BS and I fill like putting in a complaint to the BBB.

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.


After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your Galaxy S7, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
