Need to delete my account

How do I delete it?

Any users that want to remove their account should get in touch via the contact form. 

If you receive a message directly you back to the Community, simply reply with your message again. One of our agents will receive your message and be able to lend you a hand.

Here's what you need to do: 

- Go to spotify.com

- Scroll all the way to the bottom and click about

- Under customer service and support, click Contact Form

- Click account

- Select 'I want to close my Spotify account permanently'

- Select close account on the left side bottom

- Click I still need help and write that you would like to close your account, and Spotify should get back to you within 72 hours.
