New playlist seems to get stuck looping the same three songs over and over.

I have been a long time subscriber to Spotify and I use my Galaxy SIII to play music in the car. I've made A TON of playlists and always play them on shuffle and never have a problem. But I created a new playlist on July 13th, that will shuffle for a couple of songs, but then it will bring up the SAME three or four songs and get stuck playing them in a loop over and over. 

I can't keep manually going to the playlist and selecting a new song when I'm driving. Not the safest thing. I've trying killing the app and restarting it and that hasn't helped.
