'No Internet connection' message whilst on wifi

Hey, I'm on Spotify premium, running on galaxy s6. No problems at home over WiFi, or in car over network. When I got to work and hooked up to their WiFi I ran into problems 😞 the connection was strong and consistent. Spotify would let me see all my lists and browse, but as soon as I tried to play it just stayed at 0.00. Kept trying throughout the day, and managed to get a track to play - but the next one in my queue didn't work again. Any ideas please? Gutted as I really like Spotify, but if I can't use it at work it's useless. I know it can't be the work connection as it worked sporadically (other posts have mentioned firewalls and specific ip ranges - but it managed to play occasionally so not the case??)

Well you've said it works in your home wifi and also on mobile data. Signs then point to your works connection. I too can't use Spotify at work, so slow! This is due to their QoS and the proxy routing and I suspect your company may be similar.
