No connection, when searching for songs

My Question or Issue

Since a few months back I haven't been able to search for any songs. It always that I don't have internet connection. I tested it on multiple wifis, data, reinstalled the app, but nothing seems to work and there's no fixes in other similar issues. It supposed to fix itself after a reinstall, but nothing works for me.

Can you check if Data usage is not disabled for Spotify?

Go to phone settings > Apps > Spotify > Data usage > "Disabled data usage" 

If that option is checked, Spotify won't be able to access internet connection, check that off and it should work fine!
