No internet connection

No internet connection

When connected to my wifi the app says 'no internet connection'. Ive been googling all week trying to fix this and nothing is working.

To start, can you let us know what device, operating system, and version of Spotify you're using? Also, can you try to reinstall the app by following these steps? It should help with this.
