No me aparece ninguna opción de Ecualizador

Anteriormente tenía una cuenta premium en la que en configuraciones aparecia en un apartado el ecualizador, ahora que tengo otra cuenta de igual forma premium ya no sale esa opción de ecualizador, la busque por otros lados pero no sale y me hace falta cuando salg, ya que el sonido no tiene mucho poder cuando estoy fuera de casa haciendo unos sonidos mas tenues... ¿Sera por una actualización?

Android works slightly differently, rather than having EQ's per app/system etc they all tap into a global EQ which controls all volumes, settings globally for all apps that tap into the media output sound channel. The inbuilt EQ in spotify is essentially just a link to the Equalizer built into the ROM, if (as found in some Samsung & HTC devices) the EQ control is missing from the Android Settings then there is nothing for the Spotify to link to, as such it will remove the option.

If this is the case you need to install an app such as ViPER4Android FX (which is what I use, but does require Root & BusyBox to be installed), or EQ - Music Player Equalizer and the option will appear in the Spotify app. Clicking on it will take you to the EQ app where you can control the settings.

Que telefono utilizas?

Una posible solucion es que entres al ecualizador desde las configuraciones de Google Play Music. Ambas apps utilizan el mismo ecualizador.

POR FAVOR AYUDA. SRES DE SPOTIFY, UDS NO OFRECEN NINGUNA ASISTENCIA DIRECTA EN ESPAÑOL. LA  COMUNIDAD A LA QUE NOS ENVIAN A LOS LATINOS ESTA EN INGLES. COMO RESOLVER NUESTROS PROBLEMAS CON UN LENGUAJE DIFERENTE???

Hola @excalibur6,

Spotify no tiene ecualizador propio, sino que utiliza el propio de Android. Si no lo encuentras en tu equipo, puedes intentar instalar una app como Equalizer.
