No me inicia sesión

Inicio sesión con mi contraseña y usuario y se me queda cargando y nunca llega a cargar, inicio sesión con Google que la tengo enlazada y tampoco, me he intentado crear otra cuenta para hacer la prueba y lo mismo, ya borré el caché, reinicié y desinstalé la aplicación varias veces y no se que hacer más.

Sounds like the issue might be related to your device, seeing as you weren't able to log in with another account either. To confirm this, have you tried logging in on the Web Player or on a different device (a PC, for example) to see if that'd work?

It's worth checking if you've allowed Spotify to access your internet connection. You can do this in your Android settings > Apps > Spotify. If the issue occurs over Wi-Fi, test if switching to mobile data instead does the trick. I'd also recommend excluding Spotify from any battery- or performance-optimizing apps/settings.
