No music on sd card although option is chosen

Hello
I have an sd card with a lot of space (>1gb) and I have chosen the sd card as storage place of spotify
But still spotify keeps storing music on internal phone memory

What Android and Spotify version are you using? Also, around how much space do you have left in your phone's internal memory?

In the meantime, try removing the SD card and reinstalling Spotify following these steps. Once the app is reinstalled, put the SD card back and update the location of your downloads back to the card.
