Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the following:

  • What model car do you have and how is Spotify used in it? (Installed directly on infotainment system, Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, CarThing, etc.)
  • What devices did you try connecting to it? How do they connect?
  • Does this happen with different accounts as well as different devices?
  • When did this start happening?
  • Screenshots or a video of the behaviour

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.
