Not getting my premium

I have a new phone when I login in it is not giving me my premium spotify. I don't want to listen to commercials while working out.

Hi there,

 

It's possible you're logged into another Free account. If you have a copy of your email receipt, kindly check the username of your Premium account that you need to log in.

I understand you are not receiving Premium when logging into Spotify on your new phone. Let's see if we can find out why! Sometimes this happens when you accidentally create a second account, or login through Facebook instead of via your username.

 

Can you login on Spotify's website and check your subscription status? It should say Premium.

 

To expand on @Algee's suggestion, the confirmation email that was sent to you when you signed up for Premium will either list a username or 10 digit id number. If it's a username, login with that, otherwise you'll need to login using your Facebook account. The email will contain something like the following:

  • Email address: EMAIL@ADDRESS.COM
  • Username/ID: USERNAME or 10 DIGIT FACEBOOK ID
  • Date: YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm UTC
  • Order ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXX
  • Payment type: TYPE
