Not working on my premium account

Good day if you reading this, thank you for you're time.

My problem is that if i open spotify i wont open at all, i open it and i closes after 1 second. But if a re-install than i opens but if i wanted to login with my account it closes.

But if i re-install it and say that i am a new user and make a account and all than i opens normaly and i can listen to my music.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge
