Offline Playlist Randomly Deleted Repeatedly.

I'm fairly sure it isn't because if the device limit, but my playlists on my three offline devices (My android phone and tablet and my windows 7 desktop) and I really cannot figure out why. Its been playing up ever since I have started to use the service and I'd really like to get to the notion of this.

The offline device limit works by removing offline music from one of the other devices if you download to a 4th device so that shouldn't be the cause - it wouldn't remove your downloads from all devices. Can you just confirm what it says under Subscription Status here please?
