Offline albums disappear as soon as i play an album using mobile data.

Hi,

I am running Spotify app on my Samsung S7 Edge.

I have recently noticed that all of my offline content (albums) keep disappearing and I today I have realised that this is triggered when I play an non downloaded album using mobile data.

Does anyone else experience this issue and more importantly can anyone advise how I stop this from happening?

Its very annoying/time consuming having to scroll back through all my albums picking which ones to make available offline time and time again.

• Can you let us know the Android and Spotify version you're rocking? 
• Did this start happening after a recent update?
• Do you have any cache clearing apps on your device? 

In the meantime, we'd recommend these steps:

1. Log in to your account page and click Offline devices in the menu on the left. 
2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
3. Reinstall Spotify. Here's how. 
4. Save your offline tracks again.
