Offline mode and login troubles

Hi.

Since 3 weeks ago, i am sufering troubles when i stay for 2 o 3 days in offline mode. Sometimes (after 2 o 3 days offline), when i open the app, it show me the login pop-up, whem i try login, with my user and my password, show me a messalike like "You have to be connected to the internet to connect with spotify" and there is not way to login. I have tried delete cache, but the problem continue. I have to unistall spotify and then install it again and after that, it work fine for 2 o 3 days.

This situation happend me 3 times yet. I need help for this issue.

I have tried to do:
- Delete all offline content from all devices (from the web page)
- Logoff from all devices (from the web page)

The app version is 8.4.22.857
The android version is 6.0

Do you know if there is some email where i can write them for official help?
