Offline musics are disappearing

I'm a premium user almost the begining Spotify came to Brasil. The only reason I pay is to listen when I'm offline. But even downloaded all the musics in the playlist, when I'm offline a lot of musics doesn't play.
It is boring me because probably I'm driving and need to stay passing to the next.
My friends had the same problem and canceled the premium. I will do the same if it not be reolved.

I did it some days ago and resolved in that moment.

But after some days the musics started to corrupt again.

Why it occurs?
