Several users have reported that theymanaged to resolve this issue by making more space available. Conversely, if you are experiencing issues, make sure you have enough free space.

@avers40 - no the mobile app does not support the playback of files already on your phone storage. It used to but this is one of the features that went AWOL in the update in April
