PROBLEM WITH DOWNLOADS

Hello,

I´ve got an spoty premium account and when I try to download a playlist, the % of the downloads gets stuck. I´ve tried with different playlist but the problem persist. I got an android smartphone and even I´ve erased the memory but it doesn´t work. Please, If someone knows how to help me, I would really apreciate it.

Does the whole app freezes?

If so, I would suggest you to contact support. I can tell you how to do so.

If not, plrase make sure your internet connection is not interrupted and you have enough free memory. Does it freezes always at the same value of procent? 

If the steps did not helped: Do you want do contact Spotify Support? It seems like a technicht bug and I can give you contact information.
