Paid for Premium - Android App still stays "Free Trial has ended"

Paid for Premium - Android App still stays "Free Trial has ended"

Paid for Spotify Premium, downloaded Android app, when I open it it says my "Free Trial has ended." Have tried reinstalling the app, rebooting, changing wireless networks, nothing works - still can't use Spotify Premium on my phone after paying for it.

Hey lucylucy - Are you definitely signing in with your Spotify username (not your email)? 

 

You may have had this issue because two accounts were created on our system. The one created via your Facebook was on a 48 hour trial. However, that FB account now been properly linked to your original account. 

 

Let us know if you get that message signing in with your original details.
