Phone restart deletes my entire downloaded library

My Question or Issue

 Ever since I've updated my os to Android Pie, Spotify now keeps deleting my entire library every single time I reset my phone. I have tried uninstall/reinstall yet the issue persists. I'm tired of re-downloading everything day after day
